How does the Dietflex Program Work?

The Dietflex program is the only weight loss programmed designed around your own ICT (Individual Carbohydrate Tolerance)

Each person has their very own ICT and as we follow the program, we discover what your ICT is and manage your carbohydrate intake at a level that allows for healthy weight loss. At the same time your Protein intake is increased to manage hunger, cravings and aid in muscle building.


The program is available in Centre and in conjunction with circuit, group and personal training to help you maximise the efficiency of the program however the program is also available to remote clients via zoom and phone and has equal success rates.


Supporting Documentation

Weight Loss doesn't have to be hard; it may seem daunting at first, but the Dietflex program is extremely well documented, it is all laid out in a very easy to understand and easy to follow way. Not only is it well documented but our Coaches are always available to help and guide you.

Weekly Check-Ins

We all need accountability, it keeps us in check and by scheduling a 15-minute weekly check in our Dietflex coaches can do exactly that, keep you on the path to success!

During your 15-minute check in we go over the following

  • Take your measurement and record them (or remote clients can do this themselves)
  • Discuss the previous week & any wins and losses
  • Look at your progress and make a plan for the following week
  • Ensure your protein requirements are met
  • Provide any supporting docs for the next week
  • Provide a new daily planner if nessicary
  • Provide exercise and workout tips specific to you and your point in the program
  • Celebrate your successes and make a solid plan for your areas of improvement.

To aid you in your journey we keep a well-stocked selection of health foods specifically designed to assist you in reducing your carbohydrate intake, boosting your protein intake and allowing you to eat and snack in a way that you don't feel like you are missing out on the good stuff while still supporting your diet and forward progress.

Dietflex Diet

What does a Dietflex diet plan look like? This is a regular question for those curious about the program.

Well fortunately the answer is "Pretty Good". The diet does change over the 4 phases of the program. Initially Carb intake is heavily restricted however as you progress though the Phases more Carb intake is permitted. Below are some meal examples for each of the 4 Phases and don't forget when you snack the Dietflex and Horleys low carb bars and Protein shakes taste GREAT!


Phase 1 

  • Breakfast: Poached eggs with grilled tomatoes and spinach
  • Lunch: Tuna salad with mayo, cabbage, bean sprouts and cucumber
  • Dinner: Steak with sauteed onions, zucchini and green beans
  • Snack: Protein Shake

Phase 2

  • Breakfast: Egg and cheese frittata with mixed vegies
  • Lunch: Marinated lamb skewers with onion, lemon and salad
  • Dinner: Shepherd's pie with onion, zucchini, broccoli and tomatoes
  • Snack: Protein bar or shake

Phase 3

  • Breakfast: Stuffed mushrooms with bacon, cottage cheese, onion, zucchini and tomato
  • Lunch: Tangy pork fillet with mixed greens, capsicum and cucumber
  • Dinner: Ginger fish stir fry with green beans, Bok choy and snow peas
  • Snack: Protein bar or shake

Phase 4

  • Breakfast: Breakfast muffin with bacon, eggs and vegies
  • Lunch: Antipasto platter with salami, cheese and pickled vegies
  • Dinner: Pizza (PBCO Base) with salami, cheese, zucchini, sauce and rocket
  • Snack: Protein bar or shake

In Centre members benefit from the community support of other likeminded ladies following the same journey. There is so much support and motivation in the Centre it is infectious, it is hard not to succeed.

Remote Members, you are not alone. Our coaches are still available any time you need them via phone, zoom or email. 

Our team ensure that you receive your documents as you need them via post or email, and you still have access to all the health foods in Centre. We provide you with a stock list and you can order as you need, and we will post the items to you.

In addition, all of our group classes are streamed to our private FB members page so you can follow along at home up to 3 streamed sessions a day and our trainers can develop specific at home training routines for you.
