The Dietflex program is the only weight loss programmed designed around your own ICT (Individual Carbohydrate Tolerance)
Each person has their very own ICT and as we follow the program, we discover what your ICT is and manage your carbohydrate intake at a level that allows for healthy weight loss. At the same time your Protein intake is increased to manage hunger, cravings and aid in muscle building.
The program is available in Centre and in conjunction with circuit, group and personal training to help you maximise the efficiency of the program however the program is also available to remote clients via zoom and phone and has equal success rates.

What does a Dietflex diet plan look like? This is a regular question for those curious about the program.
Well fortunately the answer is "Pretty Good". The diet does change over the 4 phases of the program. Initially Carb intake is heavily restricted however as you progress though the Phases more Carb intake is permitted. Below are some meal examples for each of the 4 Phases and don't forget when you snack the Dietflex and Horleys low carb bars and Protein shakes taste GREAT!

Remote Members, you are not alone. Our coaches are still available any time you need them via phone, zoom or email.
Our team ensure that you receive your documents as you need them via post or email, and you still have access to all the health foods in Centre. We provide you with a stock list and you can order as you need, and we will post the items to you.
In addition, all of our group classes are streamed to our private FB members page so you can follow along at home up to 3 streamed sessions a day and our trainers can develop specific at home training routines for you.
