We focus on proper form and provide personalised guidance through one-on-one training, weekly check-ins, and tailored nutrition support, including meal ideas and recipes. With class sizes capped at 14, you’ll never get lost in the crowd, and every program is designed

  We offer a balanced approach with strength, yoga and cardio classes, small group and 1:1 personal training, and personalised nutrition guidance. Mums & Bubs sessions provide a safe space for mothers to rebuild strength while connecting with other women.

Members can also train independently with free weights, a Smith/cable machine, resist

  We offer a balanced approach with strength, yoga and cardio classes, small group and 1:1 personal training, and personalised nutrition guidance. Mums & Bubs sessions provide a safe space for mothers to rebuild strength while connecting with other women.

Members can also train independently with free weights, a Smith/cable machine, resistance circuit and cardio equipment, with guided Tabata screens to structure workouts if desired. Massage chairs are included for recovery, and optional add-ons include 24/7 gym access and our infrared sauna (available during staffed hours). Health foods, supplements and pre-made nutritional teas are available in-centre for both members and the public.

Redefine Fitness is now a reconised provider with AUSactive, Australia’s peak body for the exercise and active health sector. This means that members wanting to claim their Gym membership on their health insurance can now do so. AUSactive membership extends to Health Partners, Bupa, Medibank Private, RT Health & Westfund.

We are also a registered provider with NiB.

Note: Not all gym memberships can be claimed and that is something you need to discuss with your Health Insurance Company.
