Our easy to follow 12-week nutrition program with proven results available In-Centre or at home. The program is well documented and refined over many years with our nutrition partner Dietflex Australia.
You get 12 weekly check-ins with one of our amazing coaches as well as program diaries & documents and access to fabulous recipes and meal planners all designed to help you achieve great things in 12 weeks.
1 Upfront Payment of $635.40 or 12 Weekly Payments of $52.95 and $199 joining fee.
If you are a local you also get Gym access to attend our classes and use our equipment however if you are a remote client, you will receive you check-ins via phone or zoom and you get access to all of our live streamed classes via our private Facebook group as well as all stationary and supplies mailed out to you.

A Pilates-inspired toning class using light weights, resistance bands, or bodyweight exercises.
A total-body workout using free weights, resistance bands, or bodyweight exercises, with a core stability focus.
High-intensity cardio and strength intervals to boost metabolism and endurance.
Focused strength training targeting glutes, thighs, and calves for mobility and tone.
Alternates weekly between boxing-based and dance-based cardio for variety and fun.
A high-intensity circuit combining strength and cardio for total-body fitness.
A mix of cardio and strength to improve endurance and build muscle.
A fun, high-energy class blending aerobic moves and rhythm-based exercises.
